FAQ
Quick answers to the questions I hear most. Anything else? Call or text (343) 842-2169.
What are LED lash extensions?
A special LED-curing adhesive and light set the bond instantly. That means stronger retention, fewer fumes and a more comfortable appointment, especially for sensitive eyes.
Which set should I choose?
For your first time I recommend Classic. If you love a fluffier look, Hybrid, Light Volume and Mega Volume add more dimension. The free call-back consultation is a great way to decide.
Are they safe for sensitive eyes?
LED systems are designed to reduce fumes and give controlled application, and many sensitive clients prefer them. Irritation is still possible, so tell me about any sensitivities beforehand. I can do a patch test on request.
How long do they last?
Most clients get 3–4 weeks of wear with good aftercare. How long they last depends on your natural lash cycle, your routine and your lifestyle.
How often should I book a refill?
Every 2–3 weeks is ideal. To qualify as a refill, at least 40–50% of your extensions should remain. Past 4 weeks, or with less than 40% left, you will need an extended fill or a new set.
Do I really need lash shampoo?
Yes. Clean lashes last longer. Oils and buildup weaken the bond. First-time full-set clients get a complimentary lash shampoo.
Can I wear mascara or eyeliner?
I don’t recommend mascara, since it clumps and closes the fans. If you wear liner, choose a water-based, lash-safe formula and avoid oil-based or waterproof products.
What is the 48-hour guarantee?
If you have any concerns about your lashes, you can come back within 48 hours for a complimentary 1-hour follow-up. Please bring a list of the products you use, which helps me find the cause of any shedding. Appointments must be booked within 7 days of your original visit.
Can you refill lashes done by someone else?
Sometimes. If the existing extensions are clumped, too long or heavy, badly placed or very grown out, I may recommend removal and a fresh set to protect your natural lashes.
Can I bring my children or a guest?
For safety, children can’t come to appointments, because your eyes stay closed and I can’t supervise. Seating is limited, so please check with me before bringing a guest.
Is the space pet-friendly and adults-only?
Both! Well-behaved pets are welcome, and appointments are for adults only.
